- User: Anyone who accesses, registers, or interacts with the platform.
- Space Provider: Individuals or entities listing their physical or virtual spaces for training, learning, or workshops.
- Learner: Anyone registering to attend workshops, classes, or training sessions.
- Trainer/Teacher: Any individual or organization offering courses, workshops, or sessions via the platform.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. You must not:
- Post or transmit any harmful, defamatory, or illegal content
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Interfere with the functioning of the platform
- Upload malicious software or code
- Collect or harvest data from other users without consent

5. Listings and Bookings
- Space Providers must ensure that listed spaces are accurately described, available for use, and comply with all local laws and regulations.
- Learners and Trainers must ensure that bookings are made in good faith and that cancellation and refund policies (if applicable) are clearly understood.
- Co-Learning Space does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any space or listing. All interactions are at the users’ own discretion and risk.
6. Payments and Fees
Transactions made through the platform may be subject to service fees. Payment processing is handled securely through third-party gateways. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or transaction fees.
Refund and cancellation policies will be defined per workshop or session by the trainers or space providers and must be adhered to accordingly.
7. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any behavior that harms the integrity of the platform or its community.
8. Disclaimers
- Co-Learning Space is a facilitator and does not directly offer or manage workshops, classes, or physical spaces.
- We do not guarantee that all content will be accurate, complete, or up to date.
- We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from your interaction with other users or use of listed spaces.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Co-Learning Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Co-Learning Space, its affiliates, and its partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.
