At Co-Learning Space, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent experience for all our users—whether you are a learner, trainer, or space provider. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for workshops, training sessions, and space bookings made through our platform.

1. General Policy

Co-Learning Space acts as a platform that connects users, and is not directly responsible for providing workshops, training, or physical space. Therefore, refunds are subject to the individual cancellation and refund policies set by the space providers.

We encourage all users to carefully review the cancellation terms associated with each booking before confirming their payment.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Workshop or Session Cancellation: If the trainer or organizer cancels the scheduled workshop, full refunds will be provided to the attendees.
  • Double Payment or Payment Errors: In cases of accidental duplicate payment or technical error, users may request a refund by contacting support within 7 days of the transaction.
  • No Show by Host: If a space provider fails to make the booked space available at the scheduled time and does not offer a reschedule, a refund will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

  • User fails to attend the workshop or session without prior notice.
  • User cancels the booking outside of the refund window defined by the trainer or space provider.
  • The session or class is partially attended or interrupted due to user-related issues.
  • Digital content or downloadable material is purchased and accessed.

4. Cancellation Windows

Each workshop or booking listing may contain its own cancellation and refund terms, such as:

  • Full Refund: If cancelled [e.g., 48 hours] before the event/session.
  • Partial Refund: If cancelled within [e.g., 24-48 hours] of the event.
  • No Refund: If cancelled less than [e.g., 24 hours] before the session.

Please refer to the individual event or booking page for specific cancellation timelines.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at admin@colearningspace.org with the subject line “Refund Request – [Booking ID]”.
  2. Include details such as your full name, email address used for booking, date of transaction, reason for refund, and any relevant attachments / screenshots.
  3. Our team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and process the refund, if eligible, within 7–10 business days.

6. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway provider.

7. Disputes and Escalations

If you believe your refund request was unfairly denied or if you experience unresolved issues, you may escalate the matter to our support team. Co-Learning Space reserves the right to review and resolve such cases on a case-by-case basis.

8. Modifications to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected with the updated “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
